The slow design process ensures every piece is unique, helping communicate, represent and materialize part of chef’s message.

All the pieces slightly differ from each other regarding the size, form or decoration, due to the specifics of the process. Many haute cuisine restaurants like El Bulli, El Celler de Can Roca, Diverxo, Koy Shunka y Mugaritz, among others entrusted their tableware development to Luesma & Vega.
